Service and warranty

DRALI warrants that its frames are free of manufacturing or material defects when purchased from an authorized dealer. To make a claim within the warranty period, contact the same dealer from whom the purchase was made and return the product.

Warranty conditions

Cicli Drali Milano Srl guarantees its frames, when purchased from authorized DRALI dealers, to be free of manufacturing or material defects for:

  • Ten years from the date of retail purchase if, within ten days of purchase, it is registered at www.ciclidralimilano.it.
  • Two years if not registered within thirty days of purchase or for replacement products under warranty.

Frames recognized as defective by Cicli Drali Milano Srl under the terms of this warranty will be repaired or replaced, at DRALI's discretion. In case of NON availability of the original product, the replacement will be made with a similar product of equivalent value. Remember that DRALI warranty covers any aesthetic and/or paint defects for 12 months (1 year).

Products of other companies, mounted on DRALI bicycles, are covered by the warranties of their respective manufacturers, to which we refer.

This warranty does not cover:

  • Products without a fiscal document of purchase (receipt or invoice)
  • products not purchased from an authorized DRALI dealer
  • Products whose identification codes have been removed, altered, erased or made illegible
  • normal wear and tear (including fatigue)
  • Damage caused by abuse or misuse, improper assembly (e.g., incorrect tightening torques), incorrect or insufficient maintenance, accidents, blows, corrosion, use of aggressive cleaners, use of non-toxic compatible products, improperly performed repairs, and, more generally, anything that does not constitute a manufacturing defect
  • products that have reached the natural end of their useful life cycle
  • The effects of UV exposure (fading, yellowing), including fluorescent colors
  • the effects of the saline environment
  • repainted products (even partially)
  • products that have undergone changes
  • transport damage (carrier's liability)
  • Aesthetic defects that were easily detectable when the product was purchased
  • the labor required for replacement

This warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty is expressly limited to the repair or replacement of the defective product which is the sole remedy under warranty.

Cicli Drali Milano Srl is not liable for consequential or incidental damages. This is the only conventional warranty in effect for the product purchased and any additional, implied or implied warranties are specifically excluded. When a product is repaired or replaced under warranty free of charge, the replacement product has a new warranty. In addition, when a product is replaced under warranty, the replaced product becomes the property of Cicli Drali Milano Srl. Any dispute relating to the warranty, purchase and use of DRALI products shall be governed by Italian law; the place of jurisdiction shall be Milan, Italy.

Service procedure

To claim the warranty, you must return the product to the same authorized DRALI dealer where you purchased the product. Please note that if the product was purchased in another country, it must be returned to the authorized dealer in that country. We always recommend, both for the added safety associated with assembly and pre-delivery inspection, because you are sure of originality, and for the best after-sales service, to purchase from an authorized DRALI dealer near your residence.

The product must be expressly cleaned together with:

  • name, address, telephones, and e-mail (as provided at the time of bicycle registration on our website, if registration was made).
  • A tax document showing the place and date of purchase.
  • a detailed description of the problem (we suggest using tape to help us pinpoint the exact location).
  • A description of the components used in conjunction with the product that is the subject of the complaint.
  • a specific request if you want the sensitive personal data you provide not to be stored for future reference after the complaint has been handled.
